In light of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, our clinic has adopted a rigorous prevention protocol to ensure the safety of everyone involved. All measures are designed to guarantee the medical safety of Cosmedica patients and staff. Even though that time has passed, we continue to offer the same safety protocols, and if necessary, provide all materials needed to protect you.
The accommodation provided meets high standards, and medical monitoring is ensured both before and after the surgery. Recovery will take place at our clinic and at the guesthouse/hotel/location where you will be staying. If your luggage is heavy, the guesthouse staff will help you transport it to the car. We recommend avoiding heavy bags or suitcases, as you will not be allowed to exert any effort with your arms. The best option is to have a companion who can assist you with your belongings. We are also interested in whether you will be traveling by car, as you won’t be allowed to drive for at least two weeks post-op. Therefore, your return plan will depend on this – either someone will need to drive, or you can travel by plane or train. If you are traveling by these latter options, it’s important that you don’t need to lift your hand luggage into the overhead compartments. It’s best to ask someone for assistance with that.
In our clinic, we have specialized medical staff available 24/7 to provide patients with all the necessary support for a successful surgery. Open communication is important, and for those requiring special care, we will do everything possible to meet their needs.
