Discharge process
- Recovery Information: Your doctor will provide all the necessary information regarding post-operative recovery and care, including a prescription for the required treatment.
- Hospitalization Period: After the surgery, the standard hospitalization period is one day.
- Visits and Documentation: Medical follow-up visits, the discharge letter, the expense statement, and the prescription for post-op treatment will be arranged.
- Discharge Confirmation: The patient will sign a document acknowledging receipt of all recovery details and the discharge paperwork.
- Post-Operative Instructions: The doctor will review the post-op instructions, which must be followed carefully. We will also ensure you have a safe mode of transport or transfer to the airport.

Home recommendations
Rest and relaxation: It is essential to rest and relax after discharge.
- Avoid carrying heavy bags.
- Avoid intense physical exertion, including house chores and especially lateral movement of the arms, which should remain as close to the chest as possible.
Monitoring: We will stay in touch after you return home to ensure everything is progressing normally.
- Make sure to send photos and updates to the doctor, as recommended, to monitor the surgical area and the healing process.
- For any questions, we can arrange phone calls to address any concerns.
